Track and Field Club (boys and girls)

Heart and Soul Track and Field is developed and maintained around the specific athletes needs.  Over 20 years of experience both as a runner and teacher of the sport.  Events from sprinting 100m, 200m, 400m through long distance running Cross Country, 3200m, 1600m not forgetting about the long jump, high jump, pole vault, and shot-put.  The level of expertise along with personal experience will allow my running athletes the opportunity to perform on the highest level possible, while growing inside.


Summer and Winter Basketball Camps/Clinics

These camps are designed from ages 7-17 to establish or inhance the skillset that is necessary to posses in order to make it to the next level in the game of basketball.  Focusing on Speed, balance, focus, endurance and the importance of fundamentals while working on their game will increase the odds of success.  It also will teach them life lessons and the importance of furthering your education.  I understand that school comes first, but kids and parents need to learn how to balance the both. 


One on One Physical Fitness Training

Whether you just want to get in great shape, are told by a doctor you need to exercise or just need a structured program with instruction, my hours are flexible.  Being a Marine, I believe in the lifesytle of fitness and understand the schedules of "Working America".  After a quick consultation a program will be designed to fit your fitness goals.  It is assured that my program brings on more results than expected.  I will work with all Medical Professionals and ensure that you receive the best advice and workout programs you can get!


Post-Injury Recovery

This particular service is directed toward the Athlete who was diagnosed with an injury, received surgery and is in need of someone to help them through their rehabilitation.  My workouts are designed using the most accurate information and the established relationship with your medical professional to make sure your goals are met, and you are back to work or back at practice once again. 


Program Design

This service is for individuals who have the discipline to workout on their own or experienced athletes.  The workouts are designed to either maintain or improve skills and attributes of an athlete.  What I mean by maintain is strictly a choice of words describing the Off-Season.  It can be of any length of time and I do my own workout as an athlete myself so I know the quality of my sessions. 


Nutrition Advice

This service is free with all workout programs and is intended to keep the athlete or trainee healthy and strong through the program.  It will enhance the education and knowledge of how the body produces energy and how it recovers.
